Check your spam or junk folder first, verification emails occasionally land there. If it's not there, make sure you entered your .ac.uk address correctly and request a new code from the app. Still nothing? Email us at support@gradia.co.uk and we'll sort it.
Any UK higher education institution that issues a valid .ac.uk email address. This covers the vast majority of UK universities. If your institution issues a .ac.uk address, you're eligible.
Gradia is currently for students in UK higher education, universities and colleges of higher education that issue a .ac.uk email address. If your institution issues one, you're welcome to sign up. Sixth form colleges that don't issue a .ac.uk address aren't currently supported, but we're working on expanding access in the future.
