Is Gradia really free?
Yes. Your business profile and first student offer have no setup fee, monthly fee or Gradia commission. Your usual operating and payment costs still apply.
Do I need to enter payment details?
No. Payment details are only asked for if you choose to buy an optional extra.
How do students use my offer?
At your till, the student enters their order total in the Gradia app and shows you the screen. You check the amount, then read out today's code from your dashboard. They type it in, and the app checks the code and that they are in your store before the discount unlocks. The code changes every day.
Do I need any equipment?
No. There is no scanner, card reader or new kit, and it works with any till. You read today's code from your dashboard on a phone, tablet or computer, print it for your staff, or add the Gradia Business app to your phone's home screen.
Is anything else free?
Yes. Once you're live, we can feature your business on Gradia's Instagram and send a student to film a short video of your store, both free. You ask for them from your dashboard.
What offer should I give?
A discount, a fixed-price bundle, a free item or another clear reason for students to choose you. It does not need to be your biggest discount.
Can I change or pause my offer?
Yes. You can edit, pause or replace your included offer at any time without being charged.
Can I run more than one offer?
Yes, as an optional extra: a seven-day flash offer for £5, or an ongoing offer slot at £12 a month.
Does Gradia guarantee customers?
No. Gradia gives students a way to find and use your offer, but cannot guarantee views, visits or revenue.
Can I leave?
Yes. You can pause your offer or ask us to remove your listing, as set out in the Partner Terms.
